We are committed to delivering high quality care and are happy to discuss any inquiries you may have regarding our professional fees or financial policy. We offer payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. If you do not see your preferred method on our list, please call our office at 925-240-8111 to find out what other options may be available to you.
Dental insurance plans we work with include: Delta Dental (in network PPO providers), Guardian, MetLife, Ameritas, Cigna Dental, Renaissance Dental, Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, GEHA, United Concordia, Principal Financial, Veteran’s Dental plans. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimate of your insurance coverage and copayment. Differences can occur which may result in us sending a bill for additional payment or a refund if we received a higher payment from your insurance company. Please understand that not all services are a covered benefit in all insurance contracts. Any charges not payable by your insurance carrier will require you to make the full payment at the time services are rendered.
Payment options accepted include:

- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
